1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the jlph7 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of jlph7, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity.

jlph7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use jlph7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any list maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jlph7 services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity.

jlph7 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlph7 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify jlph7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

jlph7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlph7 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your jlph7 account via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other approved payment methods are credited to your account balance upon successful processing. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. jlph7 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• Verification: jlph7 may require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in PHP. Any currency conversion costs are borne by the player.
• Fraud Prevention: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jlph7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• jlph7 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or use of automated software — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. jlph7 may, at its discretion, limit or exclude any player from participating in bonus offers.

7. Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on jlph7 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and verifiable. jlph7 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay — including disconnections, software errors, or display errors — jlph7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlph7 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jlph7 platform or its software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlph7 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

jlph7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlph7 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of jlph7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of jlph7 content is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlph7 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jlph7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlph7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Privacy & Data

jlph7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jlph7 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operation, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jlph7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlph7 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the jlph7 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlph7 platform shall first be submitted to jlph7's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.

jlph7 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
